I'm wondering if there might be some cache setting happening with your browser/browser settings
Firstly can your friend try switching browser and using the in browser console in firefox and see if the issue happens in there
Failing that,
can they try the following on the computer:
if that fails, can they try changing your dns setting sand seeing if that makes a difference?
try changing your dns to the google dns?

8.8.8.8
8.8.4.4
if these do not work, please can you post a screenshot of what is happening
Better form: The email he got asks him to log into his hamachi to do something, but the thing is, HE CAN'T because it's asking him to verify something over, and over, and over again.
