hi- i have been using the service for a long time- today logged in and showed computer active and then tried to connect and stuck on connecting-- says please wait as connection is established and then nothing... any thoughts on how to help please?

@cjthedj125 It could be a problem with the Host computer. Are you able to reboot it and test the connection again?
I am receiving this same thing and I have tried Friday and today, Monday. Still the same. Any ideas why? Thanks.
Have you tried to remote in since this post? Are you still reveiving the same issue, any error codes popping up? What are you using to remote in, client app or website?
