One of my clients is having an issue when it comes to printing checks (or anything) out of Quickbooks Pro 2007 running Windows XP via LogMeIn. My client is using a Mac (El Capitan) to connect to the Windows XP machine. She is new to the Mac. She has been using a Windows 7 machine to connect to the Win XP machine and printing from Quickbooks Pro to her printer with no issues. Now that she is on a Mac and walking though the same senario she is having issues.
The issue she is having has to do with the alignment of the text. If my client connect via her Mac to the PC and asks QB to print a check to her local printer the print is not aligned. Here is an example of what it looks like.

If connects to the same Win XP machine from her Windows 7 laptop and asks to print the same check to the same local printer the output is perfect. Here is picture of a check that prints correctly.

Has anyone seen this before? My thought is that the LMI Mac app is communicating differently. Any thoughts you might have for us to try would be apprecaited.
Thanks,
Brent
