The only change that was made was replacing the Interenet service provider. We had to go with a 3G 4G Netgear LTE Gateway 6100D modem. Everything else works. No problems getting on the internet but when I remote in these are grayed out and show as offline when they are not. These computers are the most important on my network and a have to be able to remote in. HELP! I bought a brand new computer thinking that might help and installed the logmein client but same thing. They are grayed out. I can connect to any of the other computers in my network.
