Do you have both computers with LogMeIn installed and running as a host and they do appear in your computer list? Maybe there's a firewall in your work that won't allow this genre of remote desktop connections ...
So you want a two way street? Can see work from home, but home pc is not visible from work?
Not knowing your OS is a problem helping you. How about some info on your home PC OS and how the network is setup? Too many things that could be wrong, too little time to guess all of them.
