We have a problem to view the recorded videos via remote access.
When the videos are saved the video is tilted, tumbled, crooked, you can not watch

after updating the video driver I made a new recording on another computer.
The video is okay.
the other computer can have anything that interferes with the inclined video?

I believe there is something more , this problem occurs on multiple computers.
I updated the video drive and I hope to resolve in the next screen recordings ...

That is a very unusual behaviour to happen with the rescue recording - the image looks to be related to a driver issueIf it does occur again then it may be an issue with the Video drivers on the machine you are recording.
