Thanks for the info.

No, you can't create clickable links in the chat window. You will need to send text URLs to the client or push URL using either the "send as URL" button for a predefined reply, or by using the same button and choosing a predefined URL there, which will push this URL to the client's browser.

yes LMIR, i have a predefined reply that has urls but when i send the url it isn't click able on the instant chat side, and to make it click able i have to put it in predefined urls and i have to send the replay and then the url and it makes it extra clicks , i would like to send both with one click if possible
