LMIguardianSvc using High CPU making computer very unresponsive

Every morning (computer reboots every night) LMIGuardianSvc.exe is using around 95% of the CPU causing CPU usage to be at 100% and making the computer unresponsive. Can anyone tell me what to look at to figure out why it is doing it and fix it?

We are experiencing the same problem with the latest versions of logmein. Only on our windows XP machines. Windows 7 does not seem to have the problem. Downgrading to version 2694 and disabling updates solves it, but off course not a good solution.... We tried changing the image quality but this is not the issue. I hope Logmein will investigate this!

I'm having the same problem with LMIGuardianSvc.exe. Even killing the process take long time. Help please
