Our support team has run in to an odd issue. Randomly all sessions in their tech consoles will disappear then reappear. Now here is the weird part... Some rows will not line up with the tabs. So if the technician clicks on a client in their session list and ends the session, it might have been on a different tab and ends the wrong session. This was in the latest version of 7.9 and now 7.10 of the console. Any suggestions or is this possibly a known bug?
