What are some ways I can diagnose issues with the LogMeIn software on my remote hosts?
Say I'm in One2Many and I want to run a Plan, I have a large number of machines, let's say 790 of them, that I try to run a One2Many task on, I can select all 790 machines in a group, but when I go to the next page to enter credentials, I might be missing 130 of those machines from the credentials list. I managed to create a list of the computers that aren't carrying over to the credentials page, I can then go through and add the computers manually, but often times, the One2Many task fails on them or is stuck on "Downloading" before failing. I can remotely connect to these machines and login to them, it's just that One2Many doesn't seem to want to work.
I'm looking for a way to determine if there's a problem with the LMI software (how to ensure it's healthy and communicating) or the computer it's running on (our software or Windows config) and I'd like to be able to either automate the process or run some kind of report. The problematic machines are running varying versions of LogMeIn, so I don't think that they're outdated hosts; I need some ideas to help me think outside of my current mindset.
