Attend training from iOS app

I've had an attendee ask about joining the training via the ios app on their phone. Am I right in thinking that they either need the email with the joining link to be on the same device to join or they need to be sent the training id? How are they captured on the attendee list?

Hi Katharine,

That is correct, they can simply forward their training registration email to their iPhone and then tap on the link to join. They will still appear in your attendee list just like a regular PC or Mac attendee: https://support.logmeininc.com/gototraining/help/join-trainings-via-ios-g2t660001
