Can you disable the registration page?

Is it possible to disable the registration in GoTo Training? I'd like to distribute access information in the same way as GoToMeeting information is provided (provide a link and access code/audio information without having to register).

Hi PMATT,

As there is no way to disable the registration feature in GoToTraining, the only other option is to use our API to create an integration between your LMS and GoToTraining, or make use of one of the existing integrations: https://www.gotomeeting.com/integration-marketplace#GoToTraining-scroll

Zapier have created a number of integrations, you may be able to use one to import a list of registrants into GoToTraining.

Registration has to be completed within our LMS within my company. SO using GOTO Training's registration feature is not needed. 30 or less employees will be in GO TO Trainings. Can you confirm the only option will ever be GOTO Meeting to solve my training registration issue? I want to use the GOTO Training features (poll, conduct acctivites, etc). I feel really clipped as a trainer conducting virtual sessions and tied to my own company LMS for tracking.

Hi Shana,

It is not possible to disable the registration component of GoToTraining or GoToWebinar but, it can be limited to only the attendees's name and email address. If this is a major issue for you and you plan to have less than 100 attendees, GoToMeeting 100 may be a better option.
