While participants are not allowed to change their name or email address once they complete the registration process, they can always register again using the original registration link you published and different name or email info.

If you notice a misspelled email while reviewing registrant lists, you may also go through this process yourself for the attendee, entering the correctly spelled email address on the GoToWebinar's registration page.

How do they get to their own GoToWebinar interface?

I have someone who used their work email and wants to get reminders through their personal email. Can they go in and change that or can I?

Today I had a registrant write to say she didn't get the confirmation. I looked her up and saw she wrote to me from a different address than she submitted in her registration form. I copied her link and sent it to the email address from which she wrote. All worked out well. Hope that helps.

Hi Chuck,
All GoToWebinar Registrant data is locked in place as soon as they confirm their answers.

If an Attendee needs to change their name or email while in session, they may do so through their own GoToWebinar interface.
