While participants are not allowed to change their name or email address once they complete the registration process, they can always register again using the original registration link you published and different name or email info.
If you notice a misspelled email while reviewing registrant lists, you may also go through this process yourself for the attendee, entering the correctly spelled email address on the GoToWebinar's registration page.
How do they get to their own GoToWebinar interface?
I have someone who used their work email and wants to get reminders through their personal email. Can they go in and change that or can I?
