Time Zone for Russia is incorrect.

Hi! I hope, you can help us. We have an issue with timing of our trainings on your platfrom. It confuses our trainees and puzzles us. Reminders about the time of English trainings come one hour earlier than they are supposed to. In Russia we don't switch from winter to summer time and backwards. So Moscow time is GMT + 4.00 all year round. Could, please, fix it, so that Reminders about trainings come in time.

Hi! I'm also having problems with webinars in MSK time zone and reminders. The most worrying one is '1 hour' reminder, which could be very useful if it worked right. I've created a test training which was supposed to start at 9 PM (MSK), and participant received '1 hour' reminder at 7 PM (MSK) instead of 8 PM (MSK). That would be nice if you could address this problem.

I just heard from a webinar registrant who also received an incorrect time zone conversion to Moscow time in her confirmation email. The webinar was scheduled for 9AM U.S. Central Daylight Time, which would be 5PM Moscow time. However, her confirmation email said 6PM Moscow time so she missed the webinar. Could you please address this problem?

In Russia we don't switch from winter to summer time and backwards. So Moscow time is GMT + 4.00 all year round.

This year we switched to winter time. I suspect that you didn't fix it in confirmation email

're some other reason... Now we have two different time of the webinar:

1. The settings are GMT+3

2. But the time in confirmation email is GMT+4

Please, fix it asap. We're loosing attendees ((

The Moscow time zone is still wrong. It is correctly listed under GMT+4 but when you select that it actually shows GMT+3. As Olga explains above Russia doesn't move it's clocks forwards or backward in the year so it should always be listed and showing under GMT+4. I sent a message about this to your customer support a couple of days ago but have had no reply. Please fix asap!
