is it possible to write a report to search for keywords in ALL closed incidents?

i need to search all my closed incidents to find ones which have a keyword like 'upgrade' in the title. would anyone know is this possible?

Yes, this is possible. Visit the Reports & Queues and create a new report. Then choose "Open / Closed" is "Closed". For the keyword you can use either "Title of the record" to search just titles, or "Keywords" to search the title and all notes.
