There has been a major SSL Security flaw found within many Apple products that can affect any application including Citrix's GoTo products.
This flaw affects iOS 6+ and OS X 10.9+ however upgrading to iOS 7.0.6 and/or OS X 10.9.2 should protect data security of your device.
Apple has released OS X 10.9.2 update for all Mavericks users, which, amongst other things patches the SSL bug in the operating system that could allow full transparent interception of HTTPS traffic.
