@Alex9094 Dan you tell us what iOS version the client is running, as well as the GoToMyPC desktop version of the Host PC?
I am having a similar issue, Log me in on iPad and when I try to connect to my desktop it times out on connecting. It also shows that the connection to my desktop is "on session" on the main screen of the log me in app (on the iPad) but still doesn't allow me to view and control the desktop.
Any assistance would be great. Thank you
