The program worked well at first but then about a year ago it suddenly stopped. I get the above error message every time I try to connect using my main computer in the office. This is just after I log in to the host computer. My husband's laptop works fine so I've been using that when I need to connect remotely but I'd really like to get this figured out.
I use Windows 7 and the icon I've noticed never shows up in the taskbar.
