Remote user cannot see host user's mouse movement

We're running Win 7 Home Premium on both host & remote machines. The host computer has a Logitech M570 trackball mouse. The problem is - when the host user moves the cursor, the remote user cannot see the cursor movement.

The problem does not happen, when the remote user moves the cursor. Both users can see the cursor move.

We have a person use the host machine to train remote employees - so it's very important that they can see the host users mouse.

Hi. I have my preferences set for Show host computer cursor, but it still doesn't show. I'm running gotomypc under WIN 7 in Bootcamp on a Mac Retina with 16 gig of RAM.

Hi,

You can adjust this in the GoToMyPC preferences. On your host computer, right click on the MYPC icon in the system tray and select Preferences. In the Host tab check "Show host computer cursor" and click OK. You should now be able to see the host user's mouse movement remotely. Please let me know if you have any other problems.
