Get Error 12007 when running Citrix Online Launcher

Hi,

I've tried downloading and running the Citrix Online launcher through Firefox. However, when I run it I get the following error:-

Citrix Online Launcher encountered an error:-

Error 12007 sending request to server builds.citrixonlinecdn.com

The server name or address could not be resolved.

Has anyone had this issue before? GoToMyPc used to work on this machine but I think Citrix have upgraded it.

Hello,

I find the solution.

I am using fireFox without any proxy configured, but the CitrixOneLine launcher use the system proxy that is parametred in Internet Explorer (or register base)

I unset the proxy in Internet Explorer and it works.

Could you please download and run this log collection application on your Client computer, and then Email me the log files? It would also be helpful to know the Operating System your CLient computer is using.
