One Computer Can't Connect

It used to work but not does not. I can login to my office computer but once I try to enter my password and user name it just freezes. Sometimes the screen is black when I login as well. I have no idea what happened but need help with fixing it.

1. What Operating Systems you are using e.g. Windows, Mac, iOS, Android - Both Machines Windows 7.0
2. If a web browser is involved, which one? - Tried them all, Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Explorer. Problems with all of them.
4. Any error messages etc that are displayed - Window Freezes on desktop computer after attempting to login to our accounting software.
5. What you are trying to do, and how you are trying to do it - I've done everything possible to correct the issue. Disabling Norton, resetting the mode. All the instructions as outlined in your support area.

The more detail we have, the easier it is to understand what is happening and recreate the issue if needed.

I have tried connecting to other computers from this home computer and sometimes it works and sometimes not. I went through the wizard and wonder if one of the microsoft updates screwed something up. It had been working for a few months before all the sudden it started acting like this. How do I work with a support agent?

Hi Tom,

Have you tried connecting from any other computers to your Host, does the same thing happen? Have you run our connection wizard on your Host PC? https://www.gotomeeting.com/wizard

I may be best if you worked with one of our Support Agents, they could connect to your computer and see what is happening at the time.
