CTL+ALT+DEL not working?

I have several users on Win 7, and suddenly, some of them are no longer able to send ctl-alt-del to the system. I read the kb article here: http://support.citrixonline.com/GoToM... ,
and we already have UAC set to it's lowest setting (we use a program here that requires UAC to be off to function properly), and it still doesn't work. I am able to send ctl-alt-del to my own computer, and one other employee can, but 3 of them can't. There is no difference in the user accounts.

I have tried this multiple times but it does not "send" the command. I cannot access until someone physically does the command on the host computer..........

I JUST had this issue! I was reluctantly about to call my manager and ask him unlock my PC (ugh!)...until I learned this:

-In the GoToMyPC window, Click on Tools
- Click on "Send Ctrl-Alt-Del"
- Voila! Clicking Ctrl-Alt-Del" prompts you for your system password.

How do YOU spell relief???

In order to pass through a system command like a Ctrl+Alt+Delete certain Windows requirements like UAC are required.
