DUO SCREENS

I recently added a 2nd screen to my host computer but when I am logged in through gotomypc I can only view the main screen. I can however from my Android phone view it but not from any of my desktops. Anybody else have this issue?

Hello Lu,

When connecting from a computer that has one monitor to a computer that has two monitors, only one monitor is shown in the GoToMyPC Viewer at a time. You can toggle between the two monitors by clicking an arrow icon located on either the left or right hand side of the GoToMyPC Viewer.
