GoToMyPC version 8.5 build 1775 is now live for Beta customers, and is rolling out for Personal, Pro, and Corporate customers over the next few weeks!
Updates for Mac include:
- New waiting for host/waiting for client messaging for Mac clients
- Stability improvements for Mac hosts
Updates for Windows include:
- GoToMyPC lock on connection and disconnection will no longer lock on guest connection
- Both screenblanking driver and overlay method of screenblanking will be attempted to blank the screen
- GoToMyPC printer works with more models of printers
- New messaging for printers that may not be compatible with GoToMyPC printer
- Drag-and-drop for Windows 8 and higher will transfer folder contents
