I have a 3-PC plan that started on March 30th, 2016.

I want to reduce my plan from 3 PCs to 1 PC.

Will I get a refund?

Hi Donald,

You can log into your account on the website, remove the 2 host computers you no longer need access to and then change your plan to 1 PC via My Account. Depending on how recently your account renewed there may be a credit on your account. This would be used first on your next renewal rather then bill you credit card, but if you would like it refunded instead that can be done.
