My account password is showing as being changed - but I have not changed it?

When I try to login the icon is showing that 'Your account password has changed since your last session. Please enter your new account password.'

I have not changed my password and I am extremely concerned someone has hacked my account.

I apologize for the frustration. We did send out an email to all GoToMyPC Personal account holders on Saturday 18th when we reset all users account passwords. Please see our status page for more details: http://status.gotomypc.com/

How long ago have you logged in? On Monday (for some on Sunday) Citrix forced (systematically) everyone to change their password. Since you said that you have not changed your password, you still need to use a new password. I also recommend that you change your access code as well, just to be sure. If you have been hacked, most likely you would have not gotten that far to see the warning and giving you the chance to create a new password.

Also, I highly recommend enabling 2-Step Verification. If you are working for a company that has a corporate license, they have to enable 2-Step Verification for a group. We have a corporate license and we have it enabled for a group and currently I'm the only member.

I see now there has been a password breach and GoToMyPC have reset all passwords. Might have been helpful if they had emailed their users to let them know!!!
