Is Password Reset Form Secure?

I have been following the instructions regarding the mandatory password reset.

I have tried the password reset link but no email was received (not in Junk folder either)

The system then suggests using a form to request a password reset.

The form asks for all sorts of personal information (name, email, phone, partial credit card number, billing address) but it doesn't appear to be a secure page - the URL is http not https, there's no green bar or padlock symbol.

Is this page secure? Is it safe to provide all this info as requested?

Also the address fields are all mandatory using a US format that doesn't accommodate non US users.

The form itself that accepts and transmits the information is https and sent to us securely, but the page URL is http. If you would like to send me the email address associated with your account, I can check our mail server to see if it bounced back. You can reach me at gotoservice@citrixonline.com
