Mouse delayed response / out of sync with Microsoft Word

Weird problem that happens only with Microsoft Word 2013. Scrolling response is delayed (or out of sync) with wireless mouse when using GoToMyPC to remote into my computer. Scrolling on other programs like chrome, explorer etc is fine.

I see the same problem on 2 different computers when using GoToMyPC and Word. The problem does not happen when directly on the computers.

I have windows 8.1 on all the computers.

Please help.

Hi Raghu, I haven't seen this issue with GoToMyPC come up before. Can you try disabling smooth scrolling in Microsoft Office and see if that has any effect on the issue?

Can you please navigate here and disable Animate controls and elements inside Windows:
Control panel > System and security > System > Advanced system settings (in upper-left side) > Advanced tab > Settings in Performance box > Visual effects
