I have followed the instructions and run the fix file as admin. However, it has not solved my problem.
I am on Windows 8.1 on a work laptop.

I still have the issue after trying both and now have contact from the 24/7 support guys, so I hope they can help.
I am assuming the problem is to do with a change that must have happened with my overall system administrators at work, but they are ignoring the issue as they just see it as a "third party problem". Hopefully Citrix guys will sort me out though
