We just signed up for the Trial account of GoToMyPC. I set up 3 users, and now would like to set up a host computer. The instructions on the GoToMyPC site say the following:
Be sure you are physically at the computer you will want to access remotely; this will be the host
2.Go to
www.gotomypc.com 3.Click Log In on the upper right
4.Enter your Email Address and Password and click Log In
5.Click Add this Computer
6.Click Install GoToMyPC
7.Click Download or Run as prompted
I've logged into GoToMyPC, but I do not see "Add this Computer" or ANY option to add a host. I've clicked through all the menus. None of our 3 users have a computer assigned. I would love to try the software out, but I'm dubious that even the most basic setup step doesn't work as instructed.
