Error code 404 status

Hello, I have a manager authority for GoToMyPC.

During using GOTOMYPC website, I got a massage just like that below.

"Massage"
Error has occurred from Citrix Online Launcher.
Download server has reported "404 status"
GoToMyPC was not downloaded from server.
Please re-download or contact us 'Global customer support'

What we just did is
1. Copied Hard-disk from A PC for B PC
2. Set-up B PC using Copied Hard-disk from A PC
3. Installed Gotomypc to B PC
4. We can't log in to B PC(shown that massage), and Disapear A PC Gotomypc icon on website.
5. Realized computer names were same between A PC and B PC.
6. Even though changed B PC name and re- install gotomypc s/w.... both of them are not working..

I tried again again.. but.. It is not solution for us...

Hi Ha-Jun,
Apologies for that error message. Please try to uninstall any old version of the GoToMyPC launcher file from your program list, then try connecting again.
