After logging on to my account and select a host computer to connect to, the message indicator "Waiting for the host computer to connect..." remains on my screen with active graphics, even though the "My Computers" Activity dashboard updates to indicate "In Session". I've made numerous attempts with the same result. If I click on "In Session", I get the following message:
End GoToMyPC Session In Progress AccountName is currently connected to HostComputerName. To connect to HostComputerName and end the session in progress, click Connect. 
If I click 'Connect', the cycle repeats itself. Same if I logoff and back on again. Any suggestions?
