I had the same problem after updating and I think the problem can be solved if you go to the Toolbar, click options, go to Monitors and making sure Multi-Monitors is selected. It seems that updating will reset that setting to the default of using one monitor at a time.
Hope that helps!
YOU'RE AWESOME! I'VE BEEN VERY FRUSTRATED, TRYING EVERYTHING, TO GET MY MONITORS TO WORK BUT YOUR SOLUTION WAS THE WINNER! THANK YOU FOR POSTING AND HELPING ME TODAY!
The latest update has broken my multi-monitor. The 3rd monitor won't show in Multi-monitor mode. I can see all three monitors in All Monitors mode but this isn't useable for me. I can also tab between all three monitors but I can't have all 3 1080p monitors from my office showing on my 4k screen at home.
Very frustrating. Have tried rebooting. Not sure what else to attempt. Recreate the profile maybe?
Wow thanks!
I can't believe logmein staff cant make a post with the info you shared!
Thank you for solving this headache for me
@jbruck I apologize for the issues you're seeing there.
Could you please confirm the GoToMyPC software version and operating system where you are seeing display problems?
I have been using LogMeIn for years to support clients, most of whom have two screens. This recent update broke multi-screen support. None of the hosts allow to see second (or third) screens.
Hi Teresa, I'm sorry to hear you are having difficulties with getting the multi-monitor fullscreen functionality to work. This function can be very picky, and best works when the number of monitors on the host and client are the same, along with matching resolutions on the mirrored monitors. DPI scaling can also cause problems if it doesn't match between the host and client, as well.
