When I try to change the owner of a host pc all the emails are protected - why?

I cannot change the host PC owner because where the dropdown for all the email addresses of people with

access to the computer should be, you have [email protected] instead.

All the accounts that have been set up are acting this way now. What changed? How can this be fixed?

We tried to delete a host computer and then re-register the GoToMyPC software like you suggested but that did not work. We are having the "protected email" issue on all of our host PCs, even the ones that we did a long time ago. This seems to be system wide, not just one or two Host PCs.

Are you any closer to finding a solution? Right now, the only way I can pick a different "Owner" that I want is by trial and error.

Hi Linda,

I've spoken with some of our senior support and was advised that this issue has been sent up to our engineering team today. It appears that we can still re-assign computers but cannot see who they are being assigned to. An alternative, while we wait for a fix, would be to delete the host computers that you'd like to move and then re-register the GoToMyPC software. Note: The second step of re-registering would require someone to be physically present at the host computer to complete setup.

Sorry for the frustration. I'm looking into this now and will post an update as soon as I have some more information for you.
