When sharing access to a host computer, I cant find person to grant access

When sharing access to a host computer, I can't find the person/email in the list [in the top box]to grant access [move name/email to the list in the bottom box].

How can I get this person's name/email to appear in the list that appears in the top box so that I can select it?

Her name is Susan Slovak and her email is Susan.Slovak@emcare.com

Hi Linda,
That's correct: Licenses indicate the number of Host computers you are allowed. There is no limit on inactive Users.

I have another question. With our corporate account, we have 500 licenses. We are allowed to have 500 Host PCs. Are we limited to the number of users created?
