None of my computers will connect!

I have six computers set up for remote access and in the last several days I have been unable to connect to ANY of them. I have tried multiple computers to connect to them and I have even tried the app on my phone. ALL attempts time out and say Unable to Connect. I have re-booted all of the client and host computers and no help. I have tried different internet connections and no help. I can watch the client computer and the "Changing to Windows Color Basic" pops up so the host sees that a connection is trying to be made, but despite trying many different client computers, all of them time out with not connection ultimately being made. I even tried the connection wizard, nothing.

I am desperate because I need these computers to work remotely and am losing valuable time.

It was multiple computers at multiple sights which made me think something was wrong with the GoTo servers. I had tried multiple clients at multiple sights trying to connect to multiple hosts at multiple sights. The fact that even my phone (using LTE) wouldn't connect made me think GoTo server problem.

Since I first posted a few hours ago, I'm now able to access all of the computers as before, including with my phone. Probably something worth looking into in case it was on the GoTo server side. It seems I've had this problem a couple of times over the last few days. Maybe I'm imagining it, but it seems to have happened only since the "Must Reboot to Update GoToMyPC" message came up.

I'm very sorry about the issues there.
It sounds like you've isolated the issue to your Host computer network, if you receive the same results on all mobile client attempts. Has anything changed on the network / firewall at the Host location recently?

Sorry, I meant the "Changing to Windows Basic" pops up on the host computer, not the client.
