Why are some of the Windows Names "Unavaliable" in Shared Access reports and Manage PC listings?

Why are some of the Windows Names "Unavaliable" in Shared Access reports and Manage PC listings? I would like to see the Windows Name for all of my Host PCs. All computers use Windows 7 Enterprise. All are set up basically the same way before they are sent out to the hospitals. They are on different networks since they are located in different buildings, in different states in the US.

Hi Linda,
I apologize for the confusion there.
We are currently working on a fix for this problem. At this time, I don't have an estimate on the roll out time, but I will try to update this thread if any new information arrives.
