delays with connection

I have been using GoToMyPC for a long time with no problems.

Just recently and particularly today I am experiencing severe delays between my home PC and the host PC in the office.

When I click on different things from the home PC it is taking a very long time to react. However my colleague based in the office is telling me that my office PC is reacting as normal.

What is causing the delays? How can I resolve this? It is so slow and very frustrating.

Hi Catherine,
Sorry to hear about the connection delays.
Since the problem began, have you tried rebooting the Host computer and reconnecting with GoToMyPC? You can also test the speed of your connection through various third party websites such as http://www.speedtest.net
