Hi Lorrie,
When you are back at the Host PC, could you visit the manufacturer's website to check for updates to your video drivers? Then connect remotely, and see if that helps after the disconnect.

When I leave the office at night, I log off of my system. Once I am home, I will use GoToMyPC to log back onto my office computer from home. Sometimes, it locks up on me while I am connected right in the middle of working. I log off of my GoToMyPC at home for the night or if it locks up on me while working from home. When I come into the office, my computer/screens are locked up and I have to turn my tower off and re-boot my system.

I'm sorry to hear about this experience.

When you visit the Host computer, is it frozen, or is GoToMyPC simply going offline after you disconnect? Do you know what operating system the Host is, and the hardware's manufacturer?
