Hi - have used GoToMyPC with great success for two years, but recently having connection issue with my remote desktop. Keep receiving "Unable to connect" message, but am able to use remote logon as normal
Host Computer is Apple Mac Pro, running updated software
Mobile is iPhone
Remote desktop is Dell Windows 10, through corporate firewalls unable to access by non-IT folks.
My question: How do I troubleshoot? my remote desktop reaches the GoToMyPC citrix site fine, just fails to connect.
