We discovered that we had two accounts
learn@gilmour.ca and
gg@gilmour.ca. We asked for
learn@gilmour.ca to be removed to avoid confusion. This has inadvertently created a problem. Now we have discovered that learn@gilmour is a user under the
gg@gilmour.ca account. the learn@gilmour user can no longer sign in from the generic log in page. this is our primary user under
gg@gilmour.ca and has all five of our computers on it.
How can we reactivate
learn@gilmour.ca so that we can log on remotely
two things you should know.
1) we are on a business trip and can not access the host to reload any software or make changes
2) the shortcut we set up on one of our laptops for
learn@gilmour.ca is still active. It accesses "pear". please do not change this as it is the only access we have right now to our computers back at the office.
