Unable to log out of gotomypc

Whenever I have finished a session, I go to logout and all i get is the following "This www.gotomypc.co.uk page can’t be found

No web page was found for the web address:https://www.gotomypc.co.uk/remote_access/home

HTTP ERROR 404"

its as though its a missing page but i feel like i havent logged off correctly. This happens with any browser i use.

Any help would be greatly appreciated
