A problem with transaction

I've try to add my VISA card to this at least 4 times. But it didn't work at all. I contacted to customer care by email but it have been a day now. And i really need to use this for my jon

The problem is on the photo below. Do someone know what's wrong with it?

I'm afraid there was a mismatch of the security code. Please double check this code number with your bank before another entry attempt.

Yes. They did. I recieved 4 messages from credit company. It were about four "1USD" transaction with GotomyPC. It on the photo below

You may see the sentence "GIAO DICH MOI NHAT CUA THE 2365". It means: The newest transaction of you card 2365

Sorry for any trouble there.
Since this began, have you confirmed with your credit company that they received an authorization attempt from the LogMeIn / GoToMyPC services?
