Perhaps a potential solution to your issue is to utilize the Window's Task Scheduler and configure it to start GoToMyPC up automatically after the employee is done for the day.

Thank you for the additional details Bob! Your explanation makes sense though since when the user closes GoToMyPC from that little green icon, they are quitting our software and thus it will no longer be running. At that point the computer will be unavailable for a remote connection. Unfortunately, GoToMyPC does not have a feature that would prohibit a user from quitting the application.

Hmmm, thank you Tom for your reply, I appreciate it! The situation you describe is not what we have with Go To My PC. The issue is that someone at the remote computer can close the Go to My PC little green icon and that prevents me from accessing the computer. I want to be able to get on even if my remote employee doesn't want me to. I don't want to fire this person but she is paranoid about spying. I don't want to spy, I just need to get on when I need to! Thank you if you have a thought on this problem.

Hello Bob, I'm sorry but I'm not sure if I understand what you're requesting. Generally speaking, as long as the GoToMyPC software is installed and running on the Host computer (aka: the computer you wish to remotely connect into), then you should always have the option to connect to it from any other location.
