My login is failing. I remember my password, but it is not working. I am at home, not at work,

I am at home, not at work so I cannot get the email for the password reset dialogue on my PC. I have already tried that dialogue on my iPhone, but it apparently did not work. However, I got no error message from that process. Using Windows 7.

My registered email for logging in is: tslaxar@mail.cho.org

Login error message: invalid password.

I'm sorry for the password mixup.
It looks like the address you used for the Community is listed as the backup address for your GoToMyPC account. You may be able to recover your password by using this alternate to send a forgot password email to.

While on the login screen for your GoToMyPC User Account, click 'Forgot Password'. Enter the email address that was used to create your account and click Continue. You will receive a "GoToMyPC Password Support" email with instructions for creating a new password. An email will also be sent to your alternate email address, if there are any saved in your account.
