Is the reference time of the date the United States?

I updated my account on 6/21 AM 9: 00 of Japan time, but the purchase date was updated on 6/20.  The reference date and time is the United States, is it 13 hours behind Japan?

That's accurate, Mido. Each subscription will last for exactly 30 days or 1 calendar year.

I am registering an account with another email address. For example, if updating for 1 year at 2017/6/21 AM 9: 00 (Japan time), will it be effective until 2018/6/21 AM 8: 59 (Japan time)?

Hi Mido,
While I was unable to locate your active account with your Community email address, I can say that each monthly subscription will last at least 30 full days each period.
