I've been using GoToMyPC for 3 years with no problem. this morning I logged in and I can only see 1/4 of the host screen and the resolution is poor. If I select "actual size" on the view tab all is clear, but all of the icons are huge (a folder is the size of my hand).
Host system: PC running windows 8 connected to a 4k monitor. the resolution is set to (and always has been) 3840x2160. The monitor is on (the symptom suggested that somehow the monitor had been turned off but that was not the case)
Client system: PC running windows 10 connected to an identical 4k monitor. the resolution is set to (and always has been) 3840x2160.
nothing happens when I attempt to bring up GoToMyPC preferences. Nothing on the View tab improves the situation.
My client PC did an auto update in the night. I backed that out. did not fix.
I cannot work until this is corrected.
