When I start my session, everything is fine, then 5 or 10 minutes into the session the screen blinks and the view zooms in, and only a portion of the host computer screen is visible. If I log out and go back in again, all is fine for a bit, then it happens again. Host computer is running Windows 7 Ultimate, Connecting Computer is running Windows 10 Pro

Well if that's already disabled, then GoToMyPC isn't doing anything to your host display settings. If you've already done a full reinstall of GoToMyPC on the affected host, then there may be a display setting or something that's causing this reaction.

'Automatically adjust my host screen' is already unchecked. 'Disable sleep mode on host computer' is checked. 'Show host computer cursor' is unchecked. Should I try changing any of these?

On the Host side, right click the MyPC icon in your task bar to open up the Preferences. Uncheck 'Automatically adjust my host screen', and save this preference before your next connection test.

I have done this on both computers and it did not help, problem still occurs. I work remotely and GOTOMYPC is integral to that. I really need to get this figured out.

OK then, it's may be related to the hardware in use there.
Could you visit the PC's manufacturer website, confirm the product ID, and update any drivers available before rebooting and testing GoToMyPC again?

NO, both are set at 100%

On both PCs, do you have either of the desktop display settings to zoom larger than 100%?
