File transfer and remote printing should be available for Ipads.

Remote printing is unavailable for those using Ipads. In the case where a user cannot print remotely, the suggested workaround is to file transfer. However, file transfer is unavailable for Ipads as well. This is very troubling for users who only have access to an Ipad. This limits their capabilities and blocks their access to all of the great features typically offered with this product.

@GoToMyPC-Mgr If you are a Corporate member of GoToMyPC, then you may disable Remote Printing for any user group needed.

I would prefer IT admin's the option to turn this off from the dashboard to prevent GDPR date leaving a firm via GoToMyPC. There should be filters for the features that the IT Admin's can control remotely to allow this product to be used in more security conciouse ways.
