Can you point me to a document with step-by-step instructions to changing the access code remotely? I can make sure somebody is at the computer.
Sorry about that, Rhonda.Are you copying the GoToMyPC Access Code from another document perhaps, that is not applying the correct characters? While GoToMyPC Access Codes will remain static on each host computer, you can update this if you can contact someone at the host location for assistance with creation.
